In a time of constant global shifts, and building on the concept of a changing world order, we invite you to join us for one final intellectual gathering before the summer break. 

Introductory speech will be delivered by Giedrius Steponkus, BMI alumnus, Founder and Chairman (2002–2011) of Baltic Management Institute Alumni Association, who will be joined by Leda Iržikeviečienė, BMI alumna, CEO of OP Corporate Bank Lithuania, and economist Paulius Kunčinas.

Together, we will explore what leadership truly means today — and what it takes to navigate complexity with resilience, and purpose. We expect a thought-provoking conversation.
