Dozens of BMI alumni from many Executive MBA cohorts came together for a cosy New Year’s reunion on 17 January at Plus Plus Plus (or +++) – an innovative bar inspired by a BMI EMBA project.

The event was a joint initiative of BMI and the BMI Alumni Association and was hosted by +++ Director Aurimas Zimnickas. He and Darius Budzinauskas of EMBA Class 16 launched the chain of inexpensive city-centre gastropubs in 2016 after developing the concept during a project at BMI. The evening took place at the second +++ location, on Gedimino Ave. in central Vilnius.

“Many thanks to Aurimas for not just opening the doors wide for fellow BMI alumni, but also providing abundant drink and snacks – it was a perfect informal setting for catching up with old friends and networking with new ones,” BMI Alumni President Vaiva Tylienė noted.

She stressed how great it was to start 2018 with this new type of gathering, which everyone seems to have liked very much, and at a venue is itself a very nicely developing BMI alumni-run business.
