Arūnas Starkus has 20 years of experience in the retail and wholesale of beverages in Lithuania as well as international trade and investment in wine.
His company Vyno Klubas has been selling Bordeaux En Primeur campaign investment wines since 2005, has been a member of the Lix-ex international wine exchange since 2016, and has established a wine investment fund.
Arūnas advises wine lovers on investment in luxury wine, also helping to form wine collections and fill wine cellars. He is the head of studies at the Lithuanian Sommelier School, having studied at the Institute of Masters of Wine for five years and having led the Sommelier Association of Lithuania for almost a decade. He is the Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s approved programme provider in Lithuania and teaches winemakers and wine lovers at the sommelier school.
